Why would you sell a house your parents presumably own in order to pay rent to someone forever for the right to live in a tiny room? Do you have brain damage?

Keep the house and be set for life and if they havent paid off the house yet then use some of the money they leave you to pay it off. In fact if they dont own their home yet then redpill them on generational wealth and persuade them to pay it off while they are still alive. You all get ahead that way.
