There are index funds that track the Hang Seng, CSI 300, and SSE Index. If you want exposure to foreign investment capital inflows and outflows, go with the Hang Seng. If you want value yuan exposure, go with the SSE Index. If you want growth yuan exposure, go with the CSI 300.

Personally I think we're seeing a period of increased capital inflows over the next couple of years to China not primarily from the U.S. so the Hang Seng will be a good index to buy or even long on the HKSE itself. I wouldn't hold Chinese assets on American exchanges due to delisting risks.

That is all. I've been doing research on the Chinese health insurance market so perhaps I'll add something about that later.
