I don't see that as an apples to apples comparison. Producing the details of the 1oz Durga in a kilo would require much more labor intensive techniques than the ones used on perth mint or royal mint kilo coins. Komsco mint or whoever does the smartminting coins would be more up to the task and those products in kilos come with higher premiums.

The kilo panda premiums are too scary for me. I understand they are less than the 150g but they just seem far less liquid than the 150's. Also I've seen pictures of old 150's and kilos with milkspots on them, the qc has maybe improved but I don't care to risk it on a $1500 item.
