Already maxed out 401k/roth, have a ton in CDs and HYSA, and im DCA'ing $100 a day into S+P500 mutual fund. I want to buy a house eventually but real estate is supposed to crash?

What should I do

Live with parents
Save ~$1700-2000 a month on rent/expenses
Don't need to cook or clean
Big house, big room, big backyard to do your main hobby
Commute to work

Have my own apartment
Cut 2+ hours worth of commute time each day (~4 days a week)
Tiny apartment
Shit hole area that I'm scared to leave the house
Won't be embarrassed to bring grills over

If you had $1k a month to throw into shitcoins, is it better to invest the $1k into 2 or 3 "blue chip" coins or put $50-$100 into 10 different coins?
