the last position I had actually provided services for SVB (risk tooling). one time i pulled audit logs for capacity planning and realized they hadn't logged in for weeks at a time. no corresponding API traffic for integrations either so its not like they were just pulling the data into their own tools.

my manager wrote this off as "they buy a whole bunch of stuff, just be happy they are customers". I remember it making me mad because the roasties that were demanding we set their accounts up immediately when its usually a week or so lead time and I had to drop everything and put them ahead of the other stuff in my queue to take care of it...just for them to barely use it

this was like over two years ago, its amazing how long these fucking companies take to fall apart
