DCA getting lower

Im going to meet someone who is financially very successful in a few hours.

My guess is my mom talked to him and he offered me to have a talk and maybe help me get out of the comfort lazy zone starting a buisness together.

what kind of questions you guys think are crucial and how can i make myself look like im really interested without showing off too much needyness or even look so stupid he aborts the initial plans. I feel like an unexperienced lightweight inside a ring with a heavyweight worldchampion.

should i straight tell him im a total loser and have no idea about anything, or just stick to the classic "ok, yes". i feel lost.

i want to really change my life and i was hoping for such a chance my whole life. now its here and all i want is to stick my head under the couch.

So my wife own's half of a house with her father in Queens, NY. His holding is mostly to pay property taxes and homeowners insurance. Her mentally ill mother lives there, so selling it or renting it is not a possibility The house is worth about 650k as of now.

I investigated at a bank, but they told me a house was not a liquid asset, therefore it does not help up obtain a mortgage for a home where we might want to buy. Is there anything we can do to help ourselves with the holding? Or do we have to wait until her batshit mother gets fully committed or kick the bucket?

I have about 90,000 dogecoins, which is around £16.50

What shall i do with them?
