If you're really spergy I'd unironically suggest watching some dating coaches like corey wayne or something on yt for a bit while dating.

Basically, it's all about creating attraction. Women fall in love with men over the course of months (emotional love, with some carnal) where men can fall in love with a woman almost instantly just by looking at her (largely a carnal love, with some emotional). It's actually way more blackpilling for women because men cheating or becoming distant when they become older if there's no sufficient emotional connection on the man's side of things is a very real possibility. Women still initiate most divorces though, because men get complacent and women are told by kikes everywhere that they deserve the entire world and more while being fat disgusting pigs. I'm talking 40 year old women here though, also, I digress.

Set dates. Go on dates. Don't talk on the phone for hours at a time. Don't always be available. etc.
