Most of that is true, my grandpa however was peak chad. He was worth about $1.5 million in net worth. The only problem is he had 6 daughters and one son who received equal splits of everything. Being retarded boomers with this diluted wealth they either wasted it all on stupid things, got into debt, or are too old to actually do anything with it.

I have an aunt who is worth a couple million because she married some guy who was pretty smart and had her put everything into certain types of investments and she is now worth over a million herself. The only catch is she never knew she had the money up until a few years ago and now she's half senile fucking boomers holy shit. My dad has pretty much squandered all of his potential and actual wealth for new motorcycles, credit card debt, bad monetary decisions, etc. I still love him though, I just don't expect to actually get any inheritance. I don't plan on repeating the same mistakes though, if I ever have kids I want to leave them at least $1M adjusted for inflation

Why's btc almost $300 higher on Bitfinex? I can just buy btc cheaper and sell it for profit there, right? Am I missing something?

Hey anons, I've been playing around with some of my savings trying to get the hang of investing and I need some information on slightly more advanced things.

When you're looking at a potential stock to buy, and you're calculating your risk/reward ratio how far back do you look for the potential reward? Some stocks seemingly have small peaks during the week but in the grand scheme of things over the period of a month the price is at a peak despite the weekly movement being at a low. Is this something that just depends on how long you want to try to trade a stock?

For example, my first stock I bought a couple days ago AMD I purchased a few mostly just to say "hey I bought my first stocks" but also because it seemed to be on a downturn for the week. Like a complete idiot I didn't DMOR or look further back than this (I was on break wagecucking). AMD has since dropped $1 and I have decided to put a stop loss at $23. When you anons trade how far back in your opinion is a good range to see if the "dip" is really a dip worth purchasing?

pic related, it's how I feel right now. h-hopefully i'm not the only one who lost money on their first stocks
