so there's the Flare airdrop, you've heard about that, right? there are links about it in the OP, basically there's another network related to ripple getting released on the 12th that will let XRP holders either stake their XRP or lend it out and make money. that's Flare.

the guy's picture is something different but related called Flare Finance. apparently everyone who holds Spark (the Flare network coin) is going to get a second coin airdropped to them and all you have to do is claim it within 7 days. on Flare Finance there will be a bunch of different DeFi things you can do, including mining, yield farming, and participating in a DeFi mutual fund. it's pretty complicated but i think it'll be a good thing to be involved in. the "everipedia" link in the OP can tell you more about it.
