I've got that down. Outside of morning inventory (shift leader task), I do all the bitch work. Everyone else is basically on auto pilot. One of my neighbors is union and from the outside looking down it's crappy. I'm not super political but high pay for a low volume of work seems bad over a long period of time (when we first moved in he constantly trying to do shit for us under the table because he either wasn't working or there was a strike). What's a merit shop?
