Ive been trading for 3 years now and have a very good technical grasp in any market, stocks, crypto, commodities. Even while i paper trade, i feel spooked to put on a trade but i get the direction right with good risk rewards. So 1 contract or paper trading, it doesnt matter, i feel uncomfrtable executing but feel very confident in my analysis. I dont know how to merge the two. I wish i had the gambling personality some people have here trading options without knowing shit.
