Man, I don't know, it works wonders. You wouldn't think they'd care about coppers but they are just as excited recieving 2 coppers as they are one silver.
One girl I gave it to was a horse girl and liked horses, gave her a horse coin.
One guy took the "copper bitcoin" because he thought it was funny.
They can get really cheap when you buy them in bulk as seconds and people seem to really enjoy them as gifts. I've given away silver too but copper has its place. A lot of people still have a childlike fascination with metal and they'd be happy to receive a 1oz piece of ANY metal made into a coin shape, even a zinc ingot would make them happy.
