Last time I tried the 20 dollars was 2 years ago. Bought two, one was $0, other was $40 (so end up back on 0). So I bought another 20 dollars and that was a zero. Ended up minus 20 that day lmao.

One thing to note is that I bought them during my trip to NY, and New York odds are the lowest in America (official odds statistics are mandated to be published in every state).

Ok biz i need your help.

A restaurant previously valued at 600k is willing to sell for 125k now. I have a broker friend in the know who informed me. I looked over the financials and they were solid before covid19.

I would just need a downpayment of 7k which is easy and i already have. With how stupid things have been i can get a low interest sba loan and other sba benefits as a result of this mess.

IF things return back to normal i plan on selling it for 300k-400k in a couple of years, or turn it into a turnkey and live easy. If things dont get better its only 125k lost, but i have 40k worth of booze at the restaurant i can slowly unload.

Thoughts? Yes i can manage a restaurant.
