How will Europe actually ever recover from their high youth unemployment rates?
It seems more and more to me as if we have reached the often talked about technological unemployment due to automation already starting in the late 70's and 80's, with outsourcing to developing countries only speeding up the process, and the only jobs in large amounts remaining or slightly growing being the stuff which can't yet be easily automated or outsourced like service work in the gastronomy, cleaning or administration.
