In the past few years, we've had that many micro-recessions in crypto it's not funny. They are incredibly frequent and last a few months at best, typically weeks, maybe a month. I'm not even in the crypto game and I have observed these patterns and compared them to season's past to come to the conclusion that it is simply a naturally occurring event that we always seem to recover from.

Purely from a trading point of view, that old chestnut about crypto being the stock market on steroids is pretty accurate. Our recessions certainly are exaggerated and much more frequent. Instead of every 7-12 years, it's every 7-12 months.

Relax

Just have the transaction cost more than the coin itself. If we make a coin and do this, we will be rich, just not able to cash out any time soon.
