Auto-contribute needs to be fixed. As-is it's completely inefficient, inaccurate (sorry, I'm not donating BAT to some random boomer that uploaded a song on youtube I happened to listen to five times) and 20 minimum IS too high; what you can do is turn off Auto-Contribute, go to websites directly, press the BAT icon and set up recurring donations manually after pressing the "send a tip" button.

They need to make it more obvious how you do that though because just having a button that says "send a tip" implies an instant transaction and auto-contribute seems like the only recurring option if you don't dig deeper.

Ads don't even show up if you have windows notifications disabled but you still earn BAT (an oversight I'm sure they're working on addressing very quickly). After turning notifications on for Brave specifically though you get a fairly unobtrusive thing that pops up in the bottom corner-with one caveat: the FUCKING sound is obnoxious as fuck. If you turn that off though it's pretty chill.
