Anybody bullish on steel? Thinking about slurping some X calls if it dips again.

A lot of mental health advice for neurotypicals/normies is simply useless or even harmful to autists.

For example:
- going to therapy 101 where they help you derive your own conclusion. Autists already have their own conclusions and untangling those is a very different skill set
- "just try harder/you are just lazy" advice and weaponized shame for people with executive dysfunction/ADHD
- "just be yourself". This is actively harmful as almost all of the society judges all information by how popular it is. Autists and high test alphas are the only people who can actually receive information in a unbiased way. They hate us autists because we are immune to many common types of propaganda. (I pray that the mythical high test autist will appear one day.)

What other types of bad mental health advice have you observed? What counter-advice has helped you the most?

This is /biz/ because people in bad mental health situations can't make good financial choices.
