My favorite stocks I am holding are CY and NRZ. NRZ is cool because it is one of the only REITs that is holding a shit ton of mortgage servicing rights. CY is neato because they are a pretty well insulated semi conductor. They have their hands in normal semi shit, USB-C, and semis for cars. They've been enacting a plan to increase the amount of semis they put in each car, rather than increasing their total market share. They've also been growing their IOT division.
