See a shit ton of investors on etoro that have either lost money overrall or would have got better returns in the bank. Usually they have one big year that 50-100% and then a red year that cancels it out.

Know what's funny? These guys make posts like you guys do on four chan and act like experts, and they have copiers (i.e., people who invest in them like a stock and copy their trades.)

Buy the Vanguard SnP500 etf and BRK.B , you will outdo 90% of investors

>But your not a real investor if you don't have a 100 stock portfolio you pick yourself!

The goal of investing is making money, not play acting.

It's that depends on what you think the bottom is. Take a look at the 5-year chart and see where it os in relation to it.

Let me put it another way. Tesla has an upward trajectory like bitcoin. Like bitcoin, it's volatile. Last year I would say 180 is buying high, this year 215 is low. But you would still be stupid to buy at 280.

You want a low entry price because that will prevent you sitting on a loss until the next ath to break even.

I would say follow similar advice to the other anon. But understand you can't do shit like this regularly. The future of Crypto, including Bitcoin is uncertain. If there is a universal crypto, there's a solid chance it won't be bitcoin and when that paradigm change happens your fucked if your holding at 25-30k.

Again all of this is high risk. You could lose half to 90% lf your money.

At best you can risk doing this once or twice, with big assets like tsla and btc that go up over a 5 year average.

Get your cheap btc, cash out at the and then put it into some index funds, (I like BRK personally). By the time your done with college you'd have around 100k+.

Also, the more capital you have the more conservative you should be with it. If it would take you a week to earn it, by all means go high risk. But when you have money it would take 1-10 years to earn that's when you get conservative.

One italian guy lost 100% in 2022 and 80% in 2023 and was asking for copiers on his bio. Some british woman advertising a "green" portfolio had 30 copiers but she's made 4% over two years.

Also goes without saying but if you find these people don't harrass them. I just want to point this out to other anons for a good laugh. Think of it like we're on safari.

>Your posting cause your jealous/loser/(insert cope)

I'm posting this because I'm honestly disgusted by people who can't even out do a boomer with a mutual fund trying to handle other people's money.

Fractional shares lets you close a position relative to a dollar amount so just do that.
>But swings
9.1% v.s 4%
Do it through an ebroker that won't charge fee proportional to how much money you have. Etoro is good for this. Also, I would work for an extra year for a 300k float if your worried about swings.

No shit.

Literally all of the coins that have promotional threads are scams. The trick is to get in early and sell before the pajeets rug pull.

It's an honourable thing to warn people of this anon, and I take my hat off to you.

But, here's the real question, WHY THE FUCK DOES /BIZ/ LET THEMSELVES BE CASH COW FOR THESE FILTHY DICSORD STREET SHITTERS? EVERY TIME THERE'S A GREATER FO PLAY THE ONES THAT MAKE THE COINS ARE THE BIGGEST WINNERS?

WHY THE FUCK AS A BOARD DO WE ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE FUNDING SOME CURRY NIGGERS RETIREMENT FUND??? We should be the ones doing this shit not the ones letting it happen to us.

Most aus ebrokers are shit and charge high fees, it would only be worth it to invest with a low fee broker considering the risks involved. But if you were an actual researcher you would at least know that.

Sorry, but i'm not going to set up and pay jewbucks for a new ebroker for some random penny stock. I could take the time to find a cheap aus e broker, but the fact that you can't even recommend one despite being a "researcher" in your mom's basement tells me i'd be left holding the bag.

It's a no from me, faggot.

So, what is a good average return in /smg/'s opinion?

SnP500 average is 11.88%, i'm at 13% ytd, (would be higher but I made some bad moves in crypto).

What are some stocks/etf that you consider to be a no brainer if you do have a higher average return than the SnP500?
