Look up the CBOE indexes like BXMD for example. Compare how the strategy performs against the major indexes like SPX. Find something that fits your trading goal. Like trying to outperform SPX, or reducing volatility. You can also buy LEAPS on the major indexes like SPY and QQQ, and get around 1.5x to 2x leverage over a number of years.
