The UN just launched a website about the land registry project with LTO network.
Pretty bullish because there's a lot more countries to follow if this is a success.
The anchoring services for clients are tied with the token, same one you hold.

Countries will be buying up LTO, and each transaction (change of registry info in this case) has a 0.35LTO fee, from which 0.25 goes to staking rewards, and 0.1 gets burned.
The staking rewards with around 6-7% APY are entirely funded by client transaction and usage.
