How the fuck do people wageslave for 50 years of their lives? I've been doing it for 6 months now and I feel so fucking tired. Weekends give you such insane blue balls of a taste of what making it feels like, and then you snapped back into reality having to keep up with corporate drudgery. I'm probably going to become a zombie. Fuck this shit man.

I’m only 3 months into my 6 month college cooder internship and I feel completely broken. This is the most soul-crushing environment i’ve been in. Stacking shelves felt more fulfilling than this.
What kind of psychopath do you have to be to actually do this for your entire life?
I see people in their 60s and it blows my mind honestly that they haven’t killed themselves 40 years ago.

I don’t want to be a soulless office drone. This isn’t life. I now genuinely hope that AI takes my job. I've been saving and investing nearly all of the money I make outside of having to pay for rent and groceries so I can hopefully retire earlier. Why the hell did my parents bring me into this world.

I can at least majority wfh so I can take extended breaks when my work is done. But fuck me the spectre is still there that my job is completely useless to society

If businesses were honest about being for profit and it was reflected in my salary it’d be better, but no we have to pretend business is a family
