ive thought about math like this before, but only for america. it would be pretty hard to calculate all the variables imo: excluding state and national parks(natural beauty is worth preserving), excluding unlivable areas(the fucking desert or a mountain top that doesnt fall under natl parks).

so lets make it simple, no single person can own more than three properties. one of them must be a primary residence, and the other two can be rented but for no more than 105% of the mortgage cost. corporations are no longer allowed to own single family homes, but they can still operate apartment complexes and condominiums, as there will always be a need for those. enact a law like that and let it have a 15 year expiration date, i think it would fix a few things.
