Is it possible for virtually anyone to make six figures a year?

If so, why isn't everyone doing it?

Lets say you start off in life with the following circumstances
>Son of single mom
>Grow up on the welfare trifecta, medicaid, food stamps, section 8.
>Dad left at age three, died sometime before you turned 18
>Drop out of high school at 18
>You are now 25 and want to turn your life around.

What do you do to get to a Million in the bank in 10 - 15 years.

Additional question, are people like Grant Cardone, Tai Lopez, and Gary Vaynerchuck scam artists? Gary seems like the only one who is legitimately trying to help people and is reasonable, to me the other two seem a bit sketchy.

I've been looking into Shopify a bit, and from what I understand they have their own options for drop shipping built in. If I want to use this is a core, but also want to add other drop shippers, such as some individual brands, is it possible to integrate this? If so how difficult?

Or, would their be a better place to start instead of Shopify?
