nobody would sell their house at a major loss for literally nothing to end up living on the streets retard. use even just a small amount of logic please. in a scenario like that people with large outstanding debt will just hang onto what they have and the only loosening of the market will come from foreclosures from people who have fixed income whose fixed income can't keep up with inflation because the stock market their retirement is in crashed.
