Shills are absolutely seething that despite taking the company into bankruptcy, BBBY will emerge from chapter 11 and their margin accounts will get blown out overnight and they actually can't close their positions anymore. Anyone with a short position in BBBY would do well to liquidate everything they have and switch brokers. They stand to lose everything and the losses could even have their broker taking them to civil court if the losses are large enough.
It won't be BBBY in CH11, it'll be the shorts declaring bankruptcy once Fudelity comes for their house.
