urgent care is cheaper if you're worried about cost, they can tell you if ur life's in danger or not then you can go from there. who knows they might even have remote appointments for an initial assessment.

if you have a real respiratory problem then by the time you know it will be too late. Happened to someone I knew in 2021 - his kids had to carry him to the ER and by then it was too late to save him, all because he didn't want to see a doctor.
