That's what everyone thought when the 1964 Kennedy half was released so they got hoarded by everyone. Yeah of course the Maples and Britannias will be worth more than rounds, but every mouthbreathing stacker on earth was abuzz about the speculative numismatic prospects of the last Lizzies and first Chucks, so like the Kennedy halves they've been hoarded in numbers far beyond any likely future demand and thus won't really see the outsized gains those mouthbreathers expect. I'm not saying they're a bad buy or won't appreciate, but no one will be retiring off of their future numismatic premiums.
