i have just completed the proof of concept for my game https://hashandslash.io/ which is a Roguelike. The game is going to be pay-per-play like an arcade machine. And the treasure players find in the dungeon is awarded at endgame in the form of tokens and NFT minting rights.

Currently the poc implements this by letting players mint a 'goblin party hat' when they beat this demo. the full version of the game will have a much more advanced evolution of this concept.

this is all on testnet so its currently free to play
