The central prediction is based on this theory that the dollar will go much much higher in 1-2 years. Its been almost 2yrs since he made this prediction and the dollar is basically flat. We also have been lowering rates (he predicted multiple rate hikes), blowing up a key part of his theory. The rate differentials are not significant enough to push already heavily invested nations to even more US investment. It's not as if nations were not already US heavy. This guys predictions have not materialized, at least not in the timing he expected.
