If your argument is that technological advancement = good, then why advocate for BTC? Everybody in the crypto space agrees that it is the worst possible coin of the lot. At the $20,000 peak, you had $100-fees and three-day transaction times. Even the Lightning Network will not solve its problems; that would improve things for 0.1% of the world at best, or about 20 million people, before another upgrade would be needed. And even then, once you introduce second-layer solutions, you make people trackable and traceable, hence BTC is no longer private, hence it has no use-case over gold, hence what on earth is the point of it?

>>20786562

Produce your argument then.

>>20786499

When I look at a chart of BTC, it seems pretty obvious to me that the "blow-off top" was 2017. The movement before then does not look anything like it. Since then, the price has remained stagnant. I think, also, that so many people are now aware of BTC's flaws that you could never achieve the same level of euphoria or notion of a "new paradigm" to blow an equivalent bubble. Once people see the enormous gains which you can get in gold and silver stocks, they will flock out of crypto and into them, as Lobo Tiggre says. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Co9ZxYa6A To give one example, a few months ago, FVL, after Eric Sprott's investment, went 50x.

I thought it was interesting that Sprott chose two of my mining stocks for that podcast, Discovery Metals and Wallbridge Mining. Discovery was the first one which he mentioned as well.

I got into Blackrock early; will continue to hold. Bought Steppe Gold a day or two ago.

>>20693208

Buying miners is about value-investing. You find the ones which are undervalued and you simply buy and hold. Look at Freegold Ventures. Went up 44x in a few months after Sprott invested in it. Imagine if you had cashed out after doubling or tripling your money. In a PM bull market, mining stocks can only go ever higher and higher; and I don't see how we can possibly avoid going into a PM bull market.

I could buy 44x more BTC with my Freegold mining shares than when I bought them a few months ago. I won't, though, because Freegold is going higher, whereas BTC is crashing to nothing. Absolute joke without a use-case. Kept afloat only by moonboy Twitter pumpers, but that won't last long.

Schiff despises Bitcoin just as much as ever, rightly so, since it's a ponzi-scheme. While BTC buyers were making literally no money from their investment, those of us who bought the GDXJ were going up 200%. Those of us who bought small-caps are up 5x, 10x, 20x, sometimes even higher in some cases. After Sprott bought FVL, for example, it went up 40x. Newrange Gold looks as if it is about to do the same thing. Once people realize the money to be made in gold and silver stocks they will flock out of crypto, and gold will be like crypto in 2017, as Lobo Tiggre has been pointing out for months. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Co9ZxYa6A

Many gold miners are up 3x, 5x, 10x, or even 40x, as happened to FVL after Sprott's investment, and even the GDXJ will be going 10x before this bull market is done.

We're already up 40x on some of our gold mining stocks, and GDXJ is up 200% since March lows, so I'd say that's pretty good going, considering this bull market is only just getting started.

@mackvorkian, who got into Spanish Mountain Gold and Blackrock Gold before they soared 5x, said this about NAK a few hours ago:

"Plus the financing. Who does a multi million dollar financing just before a critical decision if they had significant doubts? And Alaska needs the jobs and taxes. And the Governor wants it. And the USA needs it for the Copper, Gold, Moly, Silver. It is way too big to leave in the ground. And a $150 Million Dollar NDM spent on enviro showed that it wouldn't hurt the fish. And $850 Mill plus!! I don't see how they can't give us a positive verdict tomorrow. Times up."

You have to understand the potential which these mining stocks have. They go 10x, 20x, 30x. After Sprott's investment, FVL recently went 40x in a matter of months. As Don Durrett says, in a PM bull market, you almost never sell a mining stock. (Timestamp about 4:30 in this video, in which he also predicted the recent soar in silver perfectly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5xqFD1qVtE))

We're up 44x on our FVL stocks. I just showed that even a stock which I recommended to /pmg/ a mere month ago has gone up sixfold. Do you realize that gold stocks even exist? Bitcoin is a joke.

If by PMs you also include mining stocks, know that you almost never sell a mining stock in a PM bull market, because, as Don Durrett says, you may be cashing out at double or triple rather than at 50x or 100x. And as for physical PMs, anybody who goes about buying and selling those regularly, and losing money on fees and premiums, is a fool. Those who have made the most money so far are not the David Brady day-traders, but the ones who simply bought in March and held.

Our shares in FVL are up 44x. That is not an exaggeration. 44x. As in, $1000 now = $44,000. How can people who buy mainstream stocks be unaware, to this extent, of mining stocks?

Mining small-caps are up much more than Tesla is since the March lows. I showed in a previous post that one recommendation of mine, Viszla Resources, is up sixfold in a month. FVL is up 44x in a few months. Those are the sort of gains which are to be had in due-diligence value-investing, rather than blind hope and gambling.

Drilling results. This sort of thing happens to junior mining companies all the time. FVL, for example, has gone up 37x in only a few months. Is the reason why I am sure Lobo Tiggre is right that the crypto crowd will flock into resources soon.

Why do you throw your money away on cruises, airlines, and other nonsense, when you could be buying gold mining stocks? FVL, for example, up 37x in the last few months. I don't even recommend buying this stock now, because it has already run so far, but I barely see gold stocks mentioned here at all.
