if i was rich id also want to make a huge bunker for fun too honestly
i think it'd be cooler than a mega yacht, i would never get a yacht even if i was a billionaire because itd mean id have to interact with a crew just to make it function

a bunker you could probably over-engineer to be structurally sound for centuries, and then you'ld just hire people to come in every week to clean it and do other maintenance but they dont have to be there all the time
