so I've been living off my parents depositing money from their paypal account into my bank account

It's been $30k for all of 2013, they just filed their taxes and included the gift tax return form

Do I have to do anything to make sure they don't come after me because my bank reported 30k 'deposited' to my account? or will it be taken care of because my parents declared it?

thx

Can you explain/cite this? I have to confirm because I heard the opposite.

Is 24 to old to be a tech start up in Silicon Valley? It seems like all of the great companies were founded when the founder was 18-21 years old. Did I miss my chance already at 24?

Also, it seems like many of the great names of Silicon Valley became so well known because of the young age at which they started these companies.

At 24 is it already to late for me to become some big well known name in tech if I am only just founding my company now?
