Schwab now is annotating CLF with a "RCB" (Regulatory Circuit Breaker) indicator

Per Schwab, "Stocks that have triggered the regulatory circuit breaker will be annotated with a 'RCB' indicator in the Title Bar of a window. National securities exchanges and FINRA have implemented a new 'limit up/limit down' mechanism (FINRA Rule 6190) to combat extraordinary market volatility. The new regulation mandates that firms prevent trades in listed equity securities from occurring outside of a specified price band, which will be set at a percentage level above and below the average price of the security over the immediately preceding five-minute period.
