No believe me, I dont think its a good move. But the trucking unions are the biggest obstacle in that department. If there is a way to circumvent their bullshit with a "green" initiative or something, they will do it, even if it means shit becomes entirely inefficient. A good number of the delivery drivers we had this season were new, less than 6mo in most cases on the job. From what I understand, during covid a lot of the trucking unions realized they could capitalize on pensions and shit, so they ended up retiring early, leaving a pretty big gap in seasoned drivers. So now, we get fucking straight out of CDL class retard niggers who argue with me over a bag being "onions or potatoes".
