Japan's first crypto (assuming Satoshi isn't actually Japanese), a bit of a memecoin like DOGE but also like DOGE she has a loyal following and supporters slowly but surely improving her, was actually one of the first cryptos you could get at ATMs years ago though that novelty has died down, she largely trades on Japanese exchanges so she's somewhat insulated from Western effects (for example, when news came out that Trump has wuflu, MONA actually gained relative to BTC), relatively stable (usually hovers around $1 with 2-2.5x pumps every year), etc.

The downsides are that it seems unlikely that the developers will even attempt to expand her reach, and as a result she doesn't have great growth potential anymore (she had some massive pumps when Bittrex was still relevant though), and the volume is very low ($1mm a day). If you were to throw some money at MONA right now at $1.20 it's unlikely you'd get rugpulled, and with all the Hololive/tipping craze that's growing and bringing Japanese to the West there's maybe a rare chance that she could be regeared towards that, but that's probably a pipedream.

Mostly she's just cute
