Financially speaking, would it be wise to just go to grad school and get my masters while the market rebounds or should I just grind out more applications? Maybe new grad / entry level positions are easier to get into than summer internship programs? I'm graduating from a state school in california with about $20k in debt if that's worth anything

I can trace my broke ass to a single wrong decision that I made in 2021. I can't stop thinking about how if I had just followed my gut instead of doing what looked "right" in everyone else's eyes I would be at the very least a millionaire right now. Likely a few times over. It fucking sucks.
Sometimes I look in the mirror and practice how I would have reacted. It brings me back to the day I made this decision. It's like I'm there again, reliving it but making the correct decision this time. This does not seem healthy to me, but I cannot stop it. Anybody have any suggestions for what to do to get over this?

Are there any career paths similar to Army shit (i.e. sign up, stay fit, do what other people tell you to, get paid) that will not disqualify me for having Type 1 diabetes?

I am 30 years old and damn near everyone else my age has at least one of the following:

>wife/starting a family
>financial success
>artistic merits
>academic merits
>charitable merits that have them loved/cherished by a community

I have fucking nothing. Since I turned 22 I've essentially stopped developing because I was so focused on my physical health, and I still fucked that up. The closest thing I have to an achievement is almost turning $600 into north of $5 million but I fucked that up and fumbled that as well. I am suicidal most days.

What should I do? Assuming I start tomorrow, is there any way I can get my shit together enough to have something to be proud of by the time I'm 35?
