And you'd think that Goldberg has it in the bag, but it looks like Neelay has another wildcard up his sleeve: BBBYQ is once again searchable on Schwab and Fidelity as of today, which probably means that hedgies somehow un-cancelled it specifically for this hearing. Which is, of course, extremely bullish.
