/b/, I have roommate problems.

So right now I live in a three bedroom house. And right now this is the rent situation.
Four people lived in my house until two months ago,
One roommate is living back home but someone is still paying a portion of rent he previously agreed upon.
right now the rent is divide thusly; Me-27% roommate 1- 27%
(We both have our own room. the other two were sharing the master bedroom with its own bathroom until roommate 3 left.)
Roommate 2- 23%
roommate 3- 23%

Now roommate 2 is riding high in his own master bedroom paying 23% rent.

I proposed that we change the rent because we each have a room to ourselves with a constant 23% incoming from the absent roommate.
