I am shorting WING. I think WING is overvalued but the company is putting up a good fucking fight by vertically integrating their bone-in chicken supply chain and thus protecting their company from COGS volatility. This is honestly really impressive from WING and it hurts me because my main thesis was that their COGS would go up since chicken wings are at a literal bottom in terms of spot price..
But now they're insulated from chicken wing spot price.

The X-factor that I need to unpack is the Cost of Sales for WING. I need to see how their franchising model relies on either the company or franchisee to pay for chicken wangz.
