Looks like FRO is recovering with decent volume (knock on wood). But level II data doesn't look too good.

This almost ensures that tanker companies won't be able to flood the market again to drive down rates, for a while anyways. With IMO 2020, IMO 2030 on the horizon, and now this, how much weaker has the long-term bear thesis gotten? A global catastrophe or a complete decoupling from oil would be needed to bankrupt tanker companies, which seems to be what people expect.

Nah, companies like NAT are real investments. Small fleet, no diversity, old ships, still has tons of debt. Couldn't ask for better fundamentals. BTW NAT has almost erased all losses it had for today:) What a great market, no?
