>find one on zillow
>$2000/month, 1100 square feet, 2 bd 1 bth, garage
>request a tour
>Agent can only give tours at noon, it's the middle of the week
>take time off work to do viewing
>Show up, agent is late
>finally arrives, old wrinkly bitch in her late 50's
>Looks visibly lost
>Says a lease was already signed for that place
>Pulls out phone to confirm it, asks me what address we are even at
>Rental agent seriously asks me what address we are at to show her rental
>I say nothing and leave

Who's in the wrong here, what do we do about this?
