You can tax evade pretty easily with crypto-crypto trades in Japan but you need to use foreign exchanges. The NTA is gonna light your shit up if any crypto so much as touches a Japanese exchange. And your bills are all in JPY so...you better have a way to convince them of how you got all that yen in your account from abroad. Worldwide income is taxed as well so you can't just say it was from stocks or real estate either. They'll ask you to prove it.
