My work/"dress" shoes are Aldos, I agree they're a good brand. I'm telling you though, their new focus on stuff like pic rel which is essentially a knockoff of Hey Dudes/advanced Sanucks, along with New Balance knockoffs, boat shoes, all that casual/slip on stuff is genuinely good bang for the buck. If you haven't been on their website ever/in a decade then maybe browse it sometime, sure there's still the chunky single mom waitress/weirdo overweight highschool male math teacher shoes but there's also a lot of solid options. Like I said though this is purely anecdotal from me, my friend group, traveling business-types I see in airports when I do my own business travel, and early stage Boomers. Would like to learn how to do a proper analysis on the company but not sure where to start
