I still remember when whales used to scam pump during heavy fud news and people would justify it as a "short squeeze" when in reality it was just whales being assholes because it was funny.

I miss those days

When I had 50 I wanted 100. When I got 100 I wanted 150, then 200, and so on. Now I have 300, but still want 500, and when I get that I'll want 1,000. Just keep accumulating when the opportunities present themselves my dude. There's still plenty of time.

Another way to look at it is the 84 LTC milestone people throw around. Once fully mined only one million people could ever own a total of 84. You're 59 away from your second 84.

I'll have to check that out. I'm just tired of the factory I've been in. It's been 10 years and the management gets worse and worse every year. It really started going downhill when we were bought out by a much bigger competitor.

The benefits are pretty good, the pay is okay, nothing special, but the management and change in operations has really just gotten way too stupid.

- Don't be greedy. Learn when to take a loss, or learn when to sell and take a profit.

- Avoid individual stocks, unless you have the ability to check on them every single day when the market is open.

- If you have so much money in a single asset, or group of assets that it causes you stress, you are taking on too much risk.

- Think before buying and selling an asset. Don't panic, don't react to FOMO, or FUD.

In my case, I made the right call on energy stocks in March 2020. My problem? I bought Russian stocks and got greedy. I was up 120% and didn't sell, because I wanted to hold onto them for the dividends. We all know what happened 2 years later. My Russian stocks got crushed. I saw the risk increasing in February, but blew it off as more media propaganda. Why? Because, the MSM has been claiming every year since 2014 that the Russians were going to invade Ukraine and they never did before 2022. Literally in a 1 week period, I watched my $20k profits turn into a $20k capital loss, as I was force liquidated by the US government.

The ironic part is, the sanctions banned Americans and Europeans from buying Russian stocks. So, Americans and Europeans were forced to sell at massive losses to Russian, Indian and Chinese investors. We ironically helped foreign adversaries by forcing our own people to sell at massive losses to our enemies. I wasn't expecting the US to go full retard, but they did.

Sadly, my Lukoil stock would've paid me a $6k dividend that year and my Gazprom would've paid me another $3k. Lukoil had it's highest earnings in the last 7 years during that period too.

Turns out fundamentals (balance sheets, income statements, etc.) don't matter if the government doesn't like somebody. Human psychology and emotion will always overrule fundamentals and technicals. This is why you can see companies that have been unprofitable for a decade, skyrocket in price.

I hope this helps OP.

- What are dangerous areas I should avoid, as a White American tourist? I dont want to be bothered by Nigerian scammers, robbed, kidnapped, or killed obviously. Yakuza/Gangster shit doesn't bother me, unless they're going to extort me for some reason.

- What are the safest areas as a White American tourist? I'm not interested in wondering around out in the wilderness. I just want to hangout in Tokyo, or some city like that for a week, or two.

- Do you still need a vaccine passport and do you need to wear masks most places you go still? I won't travel until they drop that bullshit.

- Why do Japanese tourists like visiting random Midwestern towns out in the middle of nowhere in the United States? I love in the tiny rural town and we get Japanese tourists and businessmen eating at our restaurants all the time. I even saw a group of tourists (like 10) at the local dive bar once, at like 8pm at night.

>Should I pay off my car for 7k
$7k left on your car? So, it'll be paid off in like 2 more years? Just leave it, it's good for your credit to make payments.

>buy internetcoins
Fuck no, if you blow your $8k on shitcoins, you'll end up roping.

>house on the next leg down?
Only if you have a steady job you KNOW isn't in danger, you don't mind living in that house for the next 30 years and you can easily make the monthly mortgage payments without too much stress on your finances.

If you only have $8k saved up, you really shouldn't be doing anything OP. Calculate your yearly expenses. Save cash until you can at least survive for 6 months without a job. Then you can start focusing on investing, or buying a house.

They probably believed price was going to go down and not up. And they probably placed a bet with such beliefs. Oh no no no! Sad! Now they are questioning whether to exit their positions now or let their losses grow. Wow!
