How is real estate known as a good way to get rich? I did some research on it and from what I gathered, you’re saving up 5 figures to put yourself into 6 figures of leverage, dealing with dodgy contractors for the inevitable renovations you’ll have to make, insurance, property tax, lawyers to write your lease and other documents, possibly an accountant for taxes, and finally bum ass tenants who will somehow break something every week, all so you can cash flow what, like 1200 a month that will mostly go into your debt and expenses? What am I missing here? The only pro I can see is that it’s contributing to your equity but this all seems like a huge pain, especially if you have a day job.

>apu
i see apu doesnt have a liquidity lock, did they burn it?
if the devs still have control over any of it or have reserve funds, maybe theyd have interest in deploying on base with skybridge.
hyped new chain, cheap gas, and its an "event"- which meme tokens need a pretty consistent supply of.
announcing a basechain pool and making arcade games would be a great and fairly easy hype event for any memecoin, but memecoins also tend to instantly lock/burn all their liquidity which is a bit of a hurdle

isnt the 3-4% thing only for if youre on a regular path towards retirement and only want your money to last about 30 years?
how much do you need to survive off something like a sp500 fund indefinitely/from any age?
