Anon this "midwit take" has made me more money than lost. Since you have 10k then my guess is like the rest of us, you rode it all the way to the top and all the way bottom when it was "as obvious" this was where we were going. So in my book, we are all similar levels of midwit. As far as I'm concerned, there is more upside here than downside. I really don't have any reason to exit until they at least start some propositions. I can wait until then and make my decision but at this point until ILP is slated to turn back on or not, any loss I could take is negligible. Furthermore, the more people who exit early leaves a better chance for staying in. Now -- if I thought link was about to move STRONGLY to the upside? Maybe it would be different. But I don't see that. So essentially I'd rather see how this shakes out at least in the short term. And hey maybe BNT needs to crash for anything to heal but at this point the amount I could recover isn't enough of my total worth for me to be upset given the outlook of the market. I'll use it for tax loss harvesting in 2023/2024 if I have to. But if you need the money because you didn't allocate your portfolio with this risk in mind? You should get out I agree

Also you have a narrow ideal of what defi is and you're gonna be sorely disappointed going into the future. Defi is great because you can deploy anything and transact however you want. But everything on this platform will be built by imperfect human beings. Uniswap could go just tomorrow because somebody finds an exploit. It's the freedom to transact how you want. The industry is more than a bunch of autonomous shitcoin contracts and no real world tangible use case will exist without some level of centralization (IE tokenized asset swaps that needs link cannot exist without some counter party risk). You're free to disagree but nobody should be applauding bancor going under. They attempted to solve the IL problem and you should want them to succeed, not fail.

Set a longer timeframe. Think in years not days, weeks, months. Do you think the people who DCA'd between 2015-2017 were mad? So many TA fags got wrecked because their model failed. So you aren't high and mighty because you survived.

Eh. Forcing my mom to stay in here right now and keep paying instead of moving since its the only way I can really get her to invest her money and hopefully I can leverage it into an inheritance someday. I'm gonna wait another year and see what shakes out. I'll buy one next year and rent it out to her or something at market value just for tax purposes and go from there. Gotta keep Medicaid jews from taking all her money since she turns 65 soon.

You're gonna make it friend. I keep posturing this over and over and all the shills on /biz/ screech but the best time to buy a house is when you have the means to afford one and want one. Nobody knows the future. Houses are historically an awful investment but we just had a 10 year bullrun on housing. But what is the alternative? Live in an apartment and constantly move? Even in 08,prices only dumped like 30 percent. Maybe we get more but I'm increasingly doubtful that this is going to happen.

I think I'm gonna try and buy a home next year regardless. I don't care about it. I want to have a garden, pets, my own space to live. Or I may buy my mom a place and then when she moves I will rent it out. Idk.

Nah not even that. I think I have really bad congestion. There were somenights where things go fine but most nights are like last where I just wake up starved of oxygen and rip it off. I think I have some kind of central apnea so my body is stopping it's breathing somewhere. So I'm working on dealing with my nasal problems and will re-evaluate.

Really only doing it because my blood tests say it's fucking my blood up.

And thus bancor is in their right to do what they did. The only thing shitty is that they can't block by wallet but I doubt this is something they thought about in V3 and they probably just implemented what they could

Dude I write 120 wpm and I didn't exactly write anything more than what was in my head. You're fucked if you consider that effort even remotely worthwhile.

I'm not so sure. I'm more worried about rate hikes getting too aggressive and while they won't be like the past, metals could very well just crab like all throughout the 80s. I guess if you're a collapse fag then this thought is foreign to you but there's a lot of factors at play here and I think commodities could crab if the fed remains hawkish since they're already highly valued.

Of course let me be clear -- posting your sick stack of metals isn't business & finance. If you wanna do that -- use your thread. Nobody gives a shit. Literal Reddit consoomer shit but is okay because you're INVESTING IN DA FUTURE.

While we have lower to go, I think there is more upside now than downside. So I don't really have too many qualms buying now. But I do agree with you. 3k sounds absolutely retarded

Early stages of capitulation. Celsius fiasco is going to accelerate this for crypto. Fed still hiking rates. Bottom isn't in but there is still a LOT of upside even if you buy today I think.

It's because these things add up. Would keystone have saved us? Nah. But could it have shaved off some price on American gas prices? Probably. I am not dumb I know Biden isn't the sole reason gas is expensive but that doesn't give him an excuse to bury his head in the sand when he's been very anti oil.

Cope however you want the fact that you don't know what this is really says tons about your knowledge of what goes on in the crypto space.

He's mentioned it before and basically because it's their token they set the terms.

I think it's a little loosey goosey but it's not really that big of a deal.

This. Not everybody is a fucking poorfaggot. Even a 20 percent a year was considered good at one point.

Maybe that's how you know that the bottom isn't in since we still have posts like this.
