It's because they need to update their shit. Robinhood's API is a piece of shit that doesn't automatically adjust shit like this. Even their native watch list was out of date. I had to remove HMNY from my watch list and add it back to be able to trade on the new CUSIP (not that I'm going to trade on it before it reverse splits again, I was just trying to figure out what the fuck was taking so long for trading to be enabled again).
