Strong tech proceeds from a strong community. The whole reason BTC is so stagnant is the community won't accept hardforks anymore. XMR's community has the will, the discipline, and the trust in the core team to do periodic hardforks that continually improve performance and privacy. If the XMR community was full of moonboy GPU miners we'd never have hardforked to RandomX.
