The amount of zoning hearings that have been going on within this triangle is insane. People are buying entire farms outright. Consider how far and wide the red spots would be if this was a view of the Dallas/San Antonio/Houston triangle as well.

I'm originally from NY living in Phoenix currently, and the amount of people talking about Ohio is staggering. From the east coast all the way to out here, not a day goes by without a conversation about "the next hub" and every time, without question, Ohio is the name. From every day normies to property owners, Ohio has been on everyone's mind for the past few years and as I said in that last post. For two good reasons, it acts as a bridge between the midwest and the east coast, OH is a red state, likely friendly to incoming businesses, and easy access to the lakes as well. No as someone mentioned lake erie doesn't have the most water but it's the only red great lake state.

Really I want everyone except mr.60posttroll to consider the above, I wish for more based bros to make it, I know this isn't exactly insider info but it seems the only people who are noticing are those from Ohio while they kinda keep the rest of us in the dark. Sure normies in Phoenix are "talking" about Ohio but that's just it, by the time the normies down here notice that Ohio is the next move, the property will already be 5x what it is now and everyone from the southwest will be buying the top.
